Fine Dining for Ladies that Lunch

Everyone enjoys a great lunch, whether for mate-dates, networking, or long-overdue catch-ups with old friends. Ladies that lunch, Highfield should be next on your bucket list, and we're not just saying that to be biassed. Fine dining combines exceptional cuisine, hand-picked wines, and personalised service. Enjoying a magnificent meal at a fine dining restaurant necessitates the use of traditional etiquette methods usually. However, we prefer to take a more relaxed approach so that you can truly enjoy the magnitude of flavours we have to offer. But before you decide to book, why not take a look through our service style and well-crafted menu?

The Ladies that Lunch Service

We serve approachable fine dining, making everyone feel welcome regardless of their taste. We call it Great British Dining because we celebrate classic British cuisine in our fabulously luxurious entertaining rooms, The DrawMe Room, The Great Hall, and The Think Pink Parlour.

Nathan Carlisle, our chef, is originally from Yorkshire and began his career working at some of the best restaurants in East Yorkshire. Nathan honed his skills in Australia before returning to his hometown, thanks to Michelin-starred opportunities and exciting travel. Nathan's refined Great British and Yorkshire cuisine pairs beautifully with the grand elegant dining spaces at Highfield, with a mission to put us on the food map. So you can rest assured that you will be in the best of hands for your ladies' day out.

Fine Dining Lunch Menu

We have only recently opened our restaurant for lunch, which means we have a delicious menu of lighter dishes for those midday meals. A lot of produce is sourced from our very own kitchen gardens and glass house, meaning we can make beautiful dishes for those ladies that lunch.

Taste Highfield with our warm beef sandwich served on a ciabatta roll with roast beef and a lavishing of rich gravy and horseradish for a kick. Do you want something a little lighter? Then try our roasted salad with roasted butternut squash, red beetroot, carrot, sunflower seeds, and creamy feta drizzled with maple and vinegar dressing.

Room for pudding? We have all the classic sweet desserts with a choice from classic sticky toffee pudding, strawberry Eton mess and Yorkshire rhubarb and apple crumble. For those who don’t have a sweet tooth, we also have a locally sourced cheese board made from three kinds of cheese, a selection of crackers and house-made chutneys and fruit loaf. We also serve a variety of wines and cocktails for those ladies who want to celebrate.
