Andy & Lindsey Lampard are the owners and managing directors of HIGHFIELD and with their team of fabulous managers, co-ordinators & assistances they run a 40+ strong team to bring your dreams and desires to life.

We are a family owned business with family morals at our core. Our team are a close working group of friends with tons of experience and stories to tell, we all have a shared passion for the wonderful world of boutique hotels, restaurants, events and hospitality.
