We strive to create every dish using the freshest locally sourced ingredients and have a great passion for seasonal & regional produce. Gathering produce from our kitchen gardens and sourcing from the very best farmers, creators and suppliers across East Yorkshire., our fabulous brigade of chefs creates dishes for a seasonally changing menu.
