ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
“Welcome!
I’m so glad you dropped in here so I could share a little about myself. I live in Yorkshire with my husband & our 3 young boys. My love of yoga was immense from the word go. I was mesmerised by the many benefits I reaped from my own practice. A journey of healing in every sense, mind body & soul. Feeling compelled to dive deep, I took teacher training & here we are!
My aim is to help others learn & enjoy yoga, with the hope they can integrate a practice & the many benefits into their daily lives.
I strive to enhance community. Helping others to establish yoga, whether that be private classes, classes in the community or workplace. My classes are inclusive for all, safe, friendly, super beneficial and wholesome.
My initial yoga training was with The British Wheel of Yoga (BWY). I have since studied Yoga in India. My continued professional development is focused on enhancing my practice & what I can bring to my community. I am passionate about providing birth support in my community too, helping others prepare before, during and after birth. Training in this specialist area was a great privilege, for this much desired offering.
More recently my trainings have been in Ayurvedic Massage, to include pregnancy & postnatal & also in Sound Therapy.”
